Llagostera, who lie 21st, need a lift after four consecutive defeats to help them pull them away from the relegation places. Lugo have taken two points from their last two games to become the division’s draw specialists with 11 from 22 games.
Cordoba CF – CD Leganes
Second-placed Cordoba are three points behind leaders Alaves after a 2-0 defeat at Valladolid. They host the division’s tightest defence Leganes, who are two points behind them back in fourth, and who have won three on the trot.
R.Oviedo - D.Alaves
Promotion chasing Oviedo have drawn three of their last four games to slip down to fifth but have only lost once at home. They take on the leaders Alaves who returned to winning ways with a 1-0 win over Huesca last time out.

UD Almeria – R.Zaragoza
Almeria are five points from safety in the relegation places after consecutive defeats. Mid-table Valladolid are hitting some form unbeaten in three and arrive after a morale-boosting win over second-placed Cordoba.
SD Ponferradina – RCD Mallorca
Ponferradina have suffered three straight defeats without scoring and are only four points above the relegation places. Mallorca are three points behind them after a victory last time out but are without a road win this season.
Bilbao Athletic – Elche CF
Elche are just outside the play-off places on a seven-game unbeaten, and boast the Liga Adelante’s top scorer Sergio Leon with 13 goals. Struggling Bilbao Athletic are at the foot of the table after four consecutive defeats.
CD Numancia – Girona FC
Numancia and Girona are tied on 28 points with both teams battling to pull away from the bottom four. Numancia drew 0-0 at Tenerife last time out while Girona have strung together back-to-back home wins.
Gimnastic – CD Tenerife
Gimnastic occupy the last promotion play-off place in sixth after a 1-1 draw at Albacete. Mid-table Tenerife also drew last weekend but have secured two wins and a draw from their last four road trips.
CD Mirandes – Osasuna
